Consent: By providing your information to Talent Globus (hereinafter: “the Company”), you agree to these terms and acknowledge that you understand them.
Service Purpose: The Company will endeavor to secure employment opportunities for you in Europe, including assistance with obtaining work and residency visas.
Information Usage: You authorize the Company to use the personal information you provide for locating potential employers, handling work visas, coordinating travel, and liaising with relevant authorities in the destination countries.
Confidentiality and Privacy: The Company pledges to protect the confidentiality of the information you provide and to use it solely for the purposes outlined in these terms, in compliance with applicable privacy laws.
Information Retention Period: The Company will retain your information for five years from the date of registration or until you request its deletion, whichever is sooner.
Company Rights: The Company may share the information you provide with potential employers and relevant authorities to facilitate employment opportunities and work visas.
Job Seeker Responsibility: The Company will not be liable for any damages or losses incurred by the job seeker due to non-compliance with the Company’s instructions. The job seeker acknowledges and agrees that they are responsible for their actions and will bear full liability for any damages or losses resulting from the use of the Company’s services contrary to the Company’s instructions.
No Service Guarantee: The Company does not guarantee the success of its services and does not assure the job seeker of finding employment or residency abroad. The job seeker acknowledges that the Company’s services are provided “as is.”
Non-Exclusivity: Registration for the service does not require you to work exclusively through the Company; you are free to seek employment through other channels.
Payment: The Company will charge a fee only after securing a suitable job and arranging the work visa and travel permits for you. Payment details will be provided in advance for your approval and will be processed at the end of the process and before travel to the designated country.
Cancellation of Registration: You may cancel your service registration at any time by providing written notice to the Company.
Changes to Terms: The Company reserves the right to amend these terms periodically. Changes will be posted on the Company’s website and will become effective 30 days after posting.
